S3 specializes in developing strategic planning and implementing human service operations for major sports, entertainment and corporate projects. The following is a listing of recent projects.

EA SPORTS Maui Invitational Since 1997

S3 provides strategic planning, event direction, safety management and event supervision for the prestigious NCAA holiday basketball tournament at the Lahaina Civic Center in Hawaii. Working in conjunction with KemperLesnik Sports Management, S3 provides event safety management, seating systems, ticket production, operating handbooks, local staffing and event direction.

eSam Productions Since 1999

S3 provides strategic planning, security management and service operations for the corporate events and private parties of Equity Group Investments and Equity Office Properties. S3 also provides continuing corporate security, special project consulting and executive protection for Equity executives. Major eSam productions are among the largest private entertainment events in Chicago.

Lollapalooza Festival Since 2005

Produced in Grant Park, Chicago, S3 provided location management, production labor, security and audience operation for Lollapalooza in 2005 and 2006.  The event spanned over five city blocks along Chicago’s lakefront Grant Park area, including the Buckingham Fountain.  The 2006 Operating Plan was the foundation for joint planning with Park District, city and police officials.

Millennium Park Gala 2004

In advance of the opening, S3 provided consultation regarding gates, access and audience operations for the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. For the Millennium Park Gala grand opening event, S3 provided strategic planning, location management, production security and event services. S3 worked successfully with city, police/fire and Gala officials to maintain open park operations throughout production.

Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary 2003

S3 was contracted to direct event security and audience operations for the Harley-Davidson 100th Anniversary celebration in Milwaukee. Responsibilities included security consulting, strategic planning, credential production, staff management, and operations management for a series of events with an estimate audience of over 150,000.

Chicago Bears: Champaign Season 2002

Working in conjunction with team, NFL, local officials and the University of Illinois, S3 provided strategic planning, security management and event operations in the production of Chicago Bears games at Memorial Stadium in Champaign, Illinois for the 2002 season.

County of Maui: Parks Planning 2001

S3 developed and produced the County of Maui Recreation Sites Handbook, detailing vital facility information, event production guidelines, location/floor plans and digital photos for over 125 parks. S3 coordinated research, writing, system development and publication.

Snap-On Tools: Corporate Security Plan 2001

S3 developed and produced the security handbook for corporate and branch operations worldwide. S3 developed the binder format, wrote policy and oversaw publication.
